 Acknowledged as an expert in the world of whisky, Helen conducts tutored tastings at international whisky fairs and as part of educational programmes for hotel and restaurant staff and for corporate business entertainment.
 She also holds tastings in the UK for local charities and in Kenya where she has raised funds for schools and medical care.
Among other prestigious events, Helen was honoured to act as Chairman for Ulf Buxrud’s The Macallan tasting to celebrate HM The Queen’s Jubilee and his 60th Birthday on 20th April 2002. The illustrious panel included the legendary whisky writer Michael Jackson, who sadly died in 2007. The tasting started with a 1942 bottling and there were 50 more expressions including many rarities.
